Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, known for his bold socio-political films, is once again at the center of controversy with his upcoming movie, The Bengal Files, set to release on September 5, 2025. The Calcutta High Court has granted an interim stay on these FIRs until August 26, 2025, providing temporary relief.
