Following Anurag Kashyap, director Vikramaditya Motwane has defended their show Sacred Games. Ted Sarandos, the CEO of Netflix, made this statement in a podcast with Nikhil Kamath, where he expressed his doubt about whether Netflix should have launched with Sacred Games and said that they should have instead begun with something more "populist."
