Subhasree Ganguly and Raj Chakraborty – the most talked about power couple in the Bengali film industry – are known to be ardent family people. Their first child Yuvaan was born in 2020 and their daughter, Yaalini, was born in November 2023. However, the couple is balancing family and work lives in style. They sometimes bring their children to the set also. Yaalini is a baby. But Yuvaan is frequently seen in the sets. 

Yuvaan came to Babli’s post-production set on Wednesday. The film’s dubbing was going there. Subhasree shared the moment on her Instagram story. While returning home, Yuvaan was seen playing with a pink ball. He was also seen singing the famous Bollywood song Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. 

A few days back, Raj opened his heart about fatherhood in a chat. He told Sandesh TV, “The kids are so sweet! I do not get affected by any complications or depression because of them. I was clicking Yaalini this morning. I can’t explain these moments.” 

Yaalini is Yuvan’s new playmate. He is happy with his sister. Raj told OTTplay, ‘When Subhsaree was in the hospital, my only concern was her and the newborn’s wellness. I started enjoying it when I saw them doing well. Yuvan went to the hospital and took his sister in his lap. He asked whether his sister would play with him. He is super-excited.” 

Babli will be released on August 30, 2024. This is Raj’s dream project. Abir paired up with Subhasree for the first time in this film. Sauraseni Maitra is also in the film. 

Another Raj-Subhasree project is coming, produced by SVF. Mithun Chakraborty, Ritwik Chakraborty, and Ahana Dutta are in the film. Subhasree will also be in Debaloy Bhattacharya’s horror film Aleya.
