Nate Cooper (Adrienne Griener), Andy's (Anne Hathaway) boyfriend, will not be back for the sequel, according to an EW report that cited sources. At the conclusion of The Devil Wears Prada, Nate and Andy had made amends, and Andy had offered that she stay with her when he relocated to Boston, where he would be the new chef at the restaurant.
