One of the most anticipated movies of the year, Mukesh Kumar Singh's Vishnu Manchu-starring Kannappa, hit theaters Friday. Already one of Vishnu's top-grossing movies, the picture has made a net income of ₹20 crore in India during its first three days. On the film's release, actor Suriya sent Vishnu a bouquet of flowers along with his best wishes.

Surya's message to Vishnu Manchu

The flowers and message were shared on Vishnu's X account with the caption, "Big brother @Suriya_offl!" I really appreciate the flowers and, even more, the sentiment. One of the greatest highlights of my day is still receiving such a message from you, and I keep seeking inspiration in your writings. Love you my big brother (sic).

"Big congratulations dear brother Vishnu on this amazing milestone!" was the message from Suriya. Through all the expectations, your passion, hard work, and faith have truly paid off. I'm so thrilled that you made something that affects so many people. I hope you continue to do well in the future.

Regarding Kannappa

For the last ten years, Vishnu has referred to Kannappa as his dream initiative, initially mentioning it about ten years ago. The movie is based on the legend of Thinnadu, a hunter who was an atheist but went on to become one of Lord Shiva's most ardent devotees. Mukesh Kumar Singh is the director.

Vishnu Manchu is the main actor in Kannappa, which also has celebrity cameos by Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, and Kajal Aggarwal. The movie also features Preity Mukhundhan, Mohan Babu, R. Sarathkumar, Arpit Ranka, Brahmanandam, Brahmaji, Siva Balaji, Kaushal Manda, Rahul Madhav, Devaraj, Mukesh Rishi, Raghu Babu, and Madhoo.

In the interim, Kartik Subbaraj's Retro was the last place where supporters spotted Suriya. You may view the movie on Netflix.
