She went from being a film-loving doctor to landing a lead role in the upcoming comedy hit Housefull 5. She reflected, “I started falling in love with movies when I was just getting into medicine. Housefull was one of the films I really enjoyed and remembered. I never thought I’d end up in this franchise as a main character.” She added, “Going from a doctor to part of this big franchise feels like a dream come true. I’m so grateful. It shows that anything can happen in life.” She ended her post with hashtags: #DreamOnDreamsComeTrue and #Housefull5.

The movie is set to release on June 6, 2025. It’s directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Warda Nadiadwala, and Firuzi Khan under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. Housefull 5 is the fifth part of the popular franchise. Fans can expect even more chaos and comedy with an all-star cast. Alongside Soundarya, stars include Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Chitrangada Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Chunky Pandey, Nikitin Dheer, and Johnny Lever.
