After Siddhant Chaturvedi's viral "struggle" remark during a 2020 roundtable discussion that sparked the nepotism issue, Anurag Kashyap, a filmmaker, said that actor Ananya Panday had changed and matured as a performer. Finally, Chaturvedi has addressed Kashyap's recent claim.

In response to Anurag's remarks about Ananya, Siddhant says this:

Siddhant made it clear in an interview with Etimes that he did not deserve any recognition for Ananya's growth as an actor. "I don't think it's my contribution. She is a very strong, talented, and enjoyable person to be around on her own, according to Siddhant.

Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and Gehraiyaan are two films on which Siddhant and Ananya have worked together. When considering their collaborations, Siddhant appreciated her skill and character.

"I've made two movies with her, and I'm excited to make more. In my opinion, no one is responsible for your development. You're either an actor or not. She has always been an actress. Following the nepotism discussion, where Siddhant stated, "The difference is jahaan humare sapne poore hote hain, wahi inka struggle shuru hota hai (The difference is that their struggles begin where dreams fulfill)," Anurag Kashyap said that Ananya had made significant strides in her self-awareness.

Regarding Dhadak 2

The highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 romantic drama Dhadak is titled Dhadak 2. The movie, which is directed by Shazia Iqbal and produced by Dharma Productions, features Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri in the main roles. In contrast to its predecessor, which was a remake of Sairat, Dhadak 2 is a new story that takes place in a different social and political environment and explores themes of love, social inequality, and revolt.
