Sakthi Film Factory has officially entered the world of Hari Hara Veera Mallu by acquiring the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for the eagerly awaited Telugu film starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan. The distributor shared their excitement in a tweet, mentioning their partnership with famous producer A.M. Rathnam and calling it a true honor to join this epic. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 24, 2025, and is a big highlight for this year's Indian-wide releases.

The project has been in progress for years, held back initially by COVID-19 delays and Pawan Kalyan’s busy political commitments—he’s now serving as Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Despite this, fans remain eager for the film. It’s expected to tell a powerful story of resistance, honor, and rebellion against the Mughal Empire. It taps into a growing trend of Indian historical action films that focus on regional stories, which a 2023 study pointed out as popular with audiences.

Pawan Kalyan’s involvement has also caught industry attention. In June 2025, he returned ₹11 crore of his pay, helping to speed up the film’s completion. That’s rare in a system where stars usually stick to their paychecks. This kind gesture has only boosted his fans, with early ticket sales outside India reaching over $30,000. This shows strong interest from overseas and questions old ideas about star pay and box office wins.

The film also stars Satya Raj, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Bobby Deol. The music is by M.M. Keeravaani, and Krish Jagarlamudi is directing. Hari Hara Veera Mallu looks set to be both a visual treat and a statement piece. Sakthi Film Factory now brings the film to Tamil Nadu, aiming to tap into the state's growing market, which had a 15% jump in revenue last year. All eyes are on July 24 when this long-awaited epic finally hits theaters.
