The famous sea-view mansion Mannat, owned by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is getting a significant makeover. The Khan family—Shah Rukh, his wife Gauri, and their children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam—has temporarily relocated to a spacious rented flat in the affluent Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra while the opulent house is being renovated. The question on the minds of tourists and followers in Mumbai right now is when the family will return to Bandra.

An update on Mannat is provided by Gauri Khan

Gauri gave News18 Showsha an update on the refurbishment job at Mannat in an interview. Gauri discussed the progress of the renovation while discussing her recent endeavors. She stated that their house is now being worked on and that the remodeling should be finished in the next year.

Shah Rukh Khan's rented flat

According to HT's sources, the refurbishment of Mannat would start in May. The project includes a widely suggested expansion of the bungalow, for which Shah Rukh had to get judicial approval. According to reports, Shah Rukh has rented the floors of the leased flat from film producer Vashu Bhagnani. He signed a leave and license agreement with Bhagnani's actor son, Jackky Bhagnani, and daughter, Deepshika Deshmukh, who co-own Puja Casa, through his company, Red Chillies Entertainment.

The four floors of the leased flat not only accommodate the Khan family, but also their security personnel and employees, and even some workplace space, according to sources. "It is plainly not as large as Mannat, but there is enough room for his security and other personnel," one person stated. According to sources, he is paying a monthly rent of ₹24 lakh for the four floors.

In the meantime, Gauri has launched her first-ever Gauri Khan Designs experience center in Delhi. Shah Rukh and Suhana are now working hard on their forthcoming movie King. The movie, which is said to be directed by Siddharth Anand, also features Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Anil Kapoor, Raghav Juyal, Saurabh Shukla, and others in significant roles. In contrast, Aryan Khan will make his directorial debut with the Netflix series Ba**ds of Bollywood, which will premiere in 2025.
