Veteran actress Shabana Azmi has now posted a photo of herself and her lyricist spouse Javed Akhtar as they flew to London on Air India. Air India received a glowing review from Shabana, who said she had "faith" in the airline's service.
Shabana's remarks about Air India
On Tuesday afternoon, Shabana posted a photo to her X account showing her and Javed Akhtar grinning on the plane. They were both in their assigned seats on the plane. Shabana captioned the photo with "Off to #London for @Wimbledon on @airindia. Reiterating faith in our National carrier with the best inflight service in the world!"
"Dear Ms. Azmi, Thank you for choosing to fly with us," was the response from Air India's official X account. I hope you have a fantastic experience at Wimbledon and a very pleasant trip with us.
In an earlier Instagram post, actress Raveena Tandon had expressed her confidence in Air India by stating that she had recently chosen to fly with the airline. "New Beginnings...to rise and fly again against all odds...to pick up and start all over, new resolve towards greater strength," Raveena wrote in the caption. The mood was somber, and the crew members extended a warm, albeit melancholic, grin. Silent crew members and passengers interacting with unspoken condolences and understated assurance. About the Air Plane crash in India
Shortly after taking off from Ahmedabad to London on June 12, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which carried 242 passengers and crew, slammed into a medical college hostel in Meghaninagar. The tragedy killed 241 people, including 169 Indians, 53 British citizens, seven Portuguese, and one Canadian. Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, who was sitting in 11A, was the only survivor and suffered minor wounds.
