Thammudu, Nithiin's upcoming movie, will be released on July 4, 2025. The action drama, which stars Saurabh Sachdeva, known for his roles in Pushpa 2 and Animal, as the main antagonist, was created by Dil Raju. Few people are aware that Thammudu, not Pushpa 2, is Saurabh's first movie. Saurabh explains that he signed Thammudu first, but Pushpa 2 was able to be released first.

Saurabh Sachdeva makes his Telugu debut

"I signed Thammudu two years ago, and it was meant to be my grand Telugu debut. However, Pushpa 2 was released first because of the holdup in Thammudu's filming. However, I have no complaints, as Pushpa 2 helped me gain more fame in Tollywood," Saurabh adds.

Thammudu, a tale about a brother and sister, was directed by Venu Sriram. Saurabh portrays Agarwal, a businessman who controls a little community in Andhra Pradesh. Many performers in Hindi cinema have trained under Saurabh, who is an exceptional talent. With Thammudu, he is ready to try Telugu waters. He is yet another Hindi performer from the current group.

The film is produced by Dil Raju, and a unique feature is that this movie also introduces Saptami Gowda, who shot to fame in Kantara. Former actress Laya will play Nithiin's sister in the movie, which has been in production limbo for the last two years. This movie was not anticipated by many because of its numerous postponements.

However, the trailer altered everything; it was expertly edited and presented Nithiin in a totally different light. Varsha Bollama also has a significant part in the movie, which was scored by Ajaneesh Loknath.

Saurabh Sachdeva Sparkles in Pushpa 2

Saurabh's little part in Pushpa 2 made an impression immediately. However, in Thammudu, he has a complete role and is anticipated to have a significant impact with his acting.

The last film Venu Sriram and Pawan Kalyan worked together on was the hugely successful Vakeel Saab. As a result, Nithiin is betting everything on him for a comeback. We'll find out if that occurs or not.
