On the 10th anniversary of the movie that revolutionized Indian film, director SS Rajamouli made a unique statement. As he celebrated the achievement, the filmmaker revealed that the Baahubali movies starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, and Tamannaah Bhatia will be released in theaters under the title Baahubali: The Epic.

The Epic was named Baahubali

Ten years after the debut of Baahubali, Rajamouli seems to have chosen to revise his movie and put out a new version. He announced the news with a poster of Prabhas and the release date on X (formerly Twitter), saying, "Baahubali…The beginning of many journeys. Numerous recollections. Unlimited ideas. Ten years have passed. Celebrating this significant occasion with #BaahubaliTheEpic, a two-part combined film. October 31, 2025, will see the film in theaters all over the world.

The film Baahubali: The Epic will be available in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. The news made fans ecstatic, and they wrote things like, "Baahubali set a new standard for TFI and Indian cinema as well." "Super thrilled for the trim version" and "Ten magnificent years of the masterpiece from #SSRajamouli" are two examples of the film. Rajamouli was asked by some viewers for an update on his next movie, SSMB 29, which stars Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, while others questioned why the movie wouldn't be released in Kannada.

Regarding Baahubali: The Epic

The narrative of a man who discovers the truth about his history and ascends to his legitimate position on the throne will be told in Baahubali: The Epic, which will combine Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017). Considering that Rajamouli was the driving force behind the rise of sequels, pan-Indian films, and huge budgets in Telugu cinema, it remains to be seen if other directors will follow his lead and make combined films.

Baahubali made ₹650 crore globally, while Baahubali 2 earned an astounding ₹1788.06 crore, according to Sacnilk. After Dangal and Pushpa 2: The Rule, the sequel ranks third among the highest-grossing Indian movies of all time.
