Rubina Dilaik, an actress, is now displaying her eccentric side to viewers in the second season of Laughter Chefs. In the second season of her YouTube chat show Kisine Bataya Nahi, Rubina discussed how she dealt with body shaming for having a "fat face" at the start of her career and shared her strategies for overcoming it.

"When I used to do Chotti Bahu, people would call me 'chubby,' having a 'fat face.' I used to always tie my hair in plaits," Rubina told Ankita Lokhande during the podcast. This ratio of beauty has been a challenge for me. I have had problems with my appearance, yes. It used to be challenging for me to develop the confidence that I could also fit in here when I used to see my friends and colleagues looking great at award shows.

To get to the point where I feel at ease in my own skin today, I've endured a lot of hardship and gone through a lot of change. However, it wasn't always like this. I genuinely believed something negative about myself. I researched lip fillers to make them plump, Botox, threads—I looked into everything so I could decide if I needed it or not.

Since coming to the realization that beauty comes from within, the actress stated that she is now able to share this. Ankita also shared her confusion about the concept of beauty, noting that her grandparents would playfully refer to her as a "monkey" whenever she asked them if she looked beautiful at home.
