Gauahar Khan, an actress who is expecting her second kid, has started her own YouTube podcast called MaaNoranjan. In the most recent episode, Bollywood actress Renuka Shahane discussed her pregnancy, motherhood experience, and other topics. Renuka said on the podcast that she was told to drop weight only a day after giving birth to her first child.

Renuka Shahane remembered her pregnancy experience

One of the main reasons Renuka got married, she explained, was because she wanted kids. She said she was delighted to be getting married to Ashutosh Rana, whom she characterized as a very family-oriented individual. She was eager to have children right away because she got married at 35 and always wanted at least two.

The day after she gave birth to her first kid, Renuka remembered how her husband's buddy had requested that she lose weight. “My first child was born in 2002,” she stated. It wasn't simple with all the desire. I didn't anticipate that managing things would be that difficult for me. People don't tell you many things. It was odd that a doctor who was seeing us turned out to be Ashutosh's acquaintance. The first thing he said when he and his wife came to see me in the hospital was, "Now you have to lose weight."

When asked to lose weight, Renuka Shahane remembered how she responded

“Yesterday I gave birth to my firstborn, and I was thinking, yeh kaunsa pressure hai, samajh nahi aaya (what is this pressure, I don’t get it)," Renuka said, remembering her response to the doctor's remarks. I was taken aback by that, as it was a first for me. I was merely an observer since so many things were going on in my life, and it's solely his privilege. In reality, it prepares you for the social pressure. In addition to the pressure to be a naturally amazing mother, a mother must also recover as though nothing has occurred.

Prior to getting married in 2001, Renuka and Ashutosh were together for three years. Shauryaman and Satyendra are the couple's two sons.

Renuka, who also starred alongside Gajraj Rao, Sparsh Shrivastava, Shivani Raghuvanshi, and Bhuvan Arora, was last seen in the series Dupahiya. The series and the performances of the cast were both well received by critics and viewers. In contrast, Ashutosh was last seen in the movie Kaushaljis vs Kaushal and will next be featured in War 2, which is set in YRF's spy universe. With Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, and Jr. NTR in the major roles, the film is directed by Ayan Mukerji and will be released in theaters on August 14.
