Rakesh described how he learned during a regular checkup that the "carotid arteries to the brain were above 75% blocked". "This week has been truly eye-opening. The physician performing the heart sonography recommended that I also have one for the neck as part of a regular comprehensive health examination. We learned by accident that both of my carotid arteries to the brain were more than 75% blocked, even if I wasn't experiencing symptoms. If ignored, this might be dangerous.

Rakesh mentioned undergoing a surgery.

He was released from the hospital after the "preventative procedures" were performed. "I immediately admitted myself into the hospital and got the preventative procedures done. I'm now at home, completely healed, and I'm eager to resume my training regimen soon. I hope this encourages others to prioritize their health, especially when it comes to the heart and brain, he continued.
