Rajeev Khandelwal, an actor recognized for his performances in movies like Aamir and Table No. 21, has candidly talked about his encounters with the casting couch in the Indian film business and how difficult it was for him to deal with it.

Rajeev's experience dealing with sexual harassment

In a Zoom interview, Rajeev talked about his experience dealing sexual harassment during that time and the challenges outsiders face in finding employment. The Kahii To Hoga actor stressed the significance of an actor understanding their identity and understanding how they wish to achieve success.

"It can be extremely challenging to deal with, but it can also be quite simple. You must determine your identity. The sooner you know who you are and who you wish to be. Am I the type of person who wants to achieve things through persuasion, price, punishment, and division, or am I the kind of person who wouldn't be happy doing any of that? "I am someone who wants to earn every smile and appreciation that I get," Rajeev stated.

Rajeev stated that he made the decision to take control of his career and that he would never want to give someone the privilege of determining his fate.

"It is easy to resist temptation if you know who you are." In my mind, I would be asking, "Are you the one who would write my destiny?" and I would reply, "Sorry Sir, mere se nahi milega aapwo (you would not get it from me)." Sorry, boss, you would not write my future; I would do that. "I don't give importance to one individual that this will make or break my life," he added.

Rajeev starred in a mystery thriller series directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, which also included Sai Tamhankar, most recently.
