R Madhavan on Ranveer Singh: A Few Flops Won’t Define His Career—“Not Even Tom Cruise Hits Every Time”

The movie, which is already creating a lot of excitement with its captivating teaser, features R Madhavan and Ranveer Singh. Amidst increasing anticipation, Madhavan spoke to Siddharth Kannan about the rumors surrounding Ranveer's purported 'comeback,' contradicting the notion that the actor had been written off.
Ranveer Singh was never dismissed, according to R Madhavan
"I don't think Ranveer Singh has ever been written off," Madhavan responded when questioned about Ranveer's return with Dhurandhar after being 'written off'. A few 'not so good' movies don't put an end to an actor's career. He is a superb performer and genuinely talented. However, in the press and media, it makes a nice copy in order to continue dismissing individuals and bringing them back.
Ranveer Singh is a confident actor, according to R. Madhavan
"The great actors in Hollywood, like Tom Cruise and Tom Hanks, don't make 50 or 60 films in their lifetime," he continued. In their whole life, they hardly make 14–15 films. They don't even make more than 15 movies in their lifetime, not even the greatest of celebrities. That's how good stories are made. We believe here that if we aren't shooting for three months, we are losing our market. Neither Ranveer nor I have that insecurity.
Madhavan also thought about how filmmaking has changed in the modern world, pointing out that actors and creators must work hard to create memorable characters and compelling narratives. He said that the current Indian audience is more educated and empowered, and that making films for this audience requires time and accuracy.
