Priya Mani, an actress who will soon appear in the Tamil web series Good Wife, is well-known in all languages. "I am frequently typecast for a specific role in movies. I constantly receive offers to portray CBI officials or police officers. I've played so many of these parts that I could just as well get an honorary CBI membership (laughs). As an actor, I want to explore new opportunities, and I appreciate that I am being considered for these roles, but I am not claiming it is wrong. Thus, I don't take on roles that are practically identical in strategy since I've already done it before, she explains.

Priya, a former lawyer turned homemaker in The Good Wife, resumes wearing her black robe after her husband becomes embroiled in a controversy. Revathi, the actor, is the director of the series, which is based on the American courtroom drama The Good Wife.

Priya Mani, on the other hand, is involved in two highly anticipated projects: the third season of Prime Video's The Family Man, which will be released later this year, and Vijay's Jana Nayagan, which is scheduled to hit theaters in January 2026.
