Everyone in the business was taken aback by the passing of actress Shefali Jariwala. According to sources, the performer had a cardiac arrest on Friday night and passed away at the age of 42. Her final rites, which took place on Saturday in Mumbai, were attended by a number of famous people, including Sunidhi Chauhan and Mika Singh. Priyanka Chopra has now expressed sympathy to Shefali's family as well.

Priyanka expressed her grief over the unexpected passing in an Instagram story on Sunday, posting a photo of Shefali. She wrote, "So shaken. She was too young. Sending sympathy to Parag and family." Shefali collaborated with Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, and Priyanka in the film Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, for the uninitiated.

Following Shefali's passing, numerous images from her last rites at the Oshiwara crematorium have appeared online, showing her mother sobbing and unable to stop her tears, and her father comforting her while holding his daughter's mortal remains and holding back his own tears. In a recent video, Parag is seen struggling to keep his feelings in check as he brought Shefali's ashes to the sea for asthi visarjan.

Varun Dhawan recently attacked the media for its callous coverage of Shefali's passing, saying, "Once more, the media is covering a soul's passing with insensitivity." The reason you have to cover someone's sorrow is beyond me. Everyone seems really at ease with this. My appeal to my friends in the media: "This is not how someone would want their last trip covered," and "How is this benefiting anyone?"

According to reports, Shefali experienced a heart attack on Friday, June 27, and her husband, Parag Tyagi, took her to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital. Nevertheless, according to the PTI news agency, she was pronounced dead upon arrival. To determine the reason for her death, the Mumbai Police sent her body for an autopsy. The police released the information that the reason of death had been 'reserved' following the autopsy. Many people, including her Bigg Boss 13 co-contestants Shehnaaz Gill, Mahira Sharma, Paras Chhabra, Hindustani Bhau, Arti Singh, and Rashami Desai, as well as Mika Singh and Sunidhi Chauhan, voiced their surprise and also offered their final respects at her funeral on Saturday.
