Prakash Belawadi, an actor and director, was the cause of Bollywood megastar Akshay Kumar being exposed once more for reciting his lines instead of memorizing them not long ago. In the scene from Sarfira, Prakash was facing Akshay, but he leaned just a little too far to one side, obstructing Akshay's clear view of the teleprompter. This sparked a lot of debate and mockery on social media. Akshay was forced to look past Prakash in order to read his lines rather than keep eye contact with him.

Prakash, who has collaborated with Akshay in two films, lately claimed that his interactions with the Bollywood actor have been entirely pleasant and that this is just one of perhaps two problems he has. Prakash stated on the Just Curious India podcast, "People in Bollywood get angry with Akshay for the money he demands or about how casual he is about acting." However, he is a wonderful individual. "Akshay is really personable and quite human."

The Airlift actor further stated that working with Akshay is almost impossible. "He will joke while acting if the camera is positioned behind him and he is delivering lines," he explained. He'll still ask me to deliver a humorous line in between when he's playing serious parts. "I won't do it because it's not right for the film, and there have been times when the microphones were on and director Sudha Kongra heard our banter and asked Akshay not to corrupt me," he added.

Prakash discussed his collaborative experience with John Abraham, with whom he has also worked on two films, during the podcast. Prakash remarked, "John is one of the most supportive co-stars. He’s the kind who will tell that having people like me on board is what will make the film better."
