One of the most anticipated movies is Hera Pheri 3, since fans are eagerly anticipating the return of the original trio — Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar, and Suniel Shetty as Baburao, Raju, and Shyam. Fans are still reluctant to accept the news that Paresh Rawal has already verified that he is no longer involved with Hera Pheri 3. Similarly, on June 9, a follower messaged the seasoned actor on X, "Sir, please think once again about joining HERA FERI movie You are the hero of this film."

In response to the message, Paresh Rawal posted, "NO ... There are Three Heroes in Hera Pheri," along with a red heart and a folded fan emoji.

Paresh Rawal has reportedly returned the signing money of Rs 11 lakh, along with 15% yearly interest and more money for Hera Pheri 3, according to Bollywood Hungama.

According to a source at the website, Paresh Rawal has repaid the signing sum of Rs 11 lakh along with 15% annual interest and some additional funds for quitting the series.

"I wish to state for the record that my choice to withdraw from Hera Pheri 3 was not caused by creative conflicts," Paresh Rawal posted on his X account on May 18. I want to reiterate that I don't disagree with the filmmaker's artistic choices. I have a great deal of love, admiration, and trust for the filmmaker Mr. Priyadarshan. Paresh's Baburao is essential to the existence of Hera Pheri 3, and this news shattered the hearts of many admirers. It will soon become clear how Baburao's role has evolved.

Paresh Rawal's lawyers react to actor's exit from Hera Pheri 3

Speaking to IANS, Paresh Rawal's lawyers, the legal representatives Anand & Naik, opened up about the actor's exit from Hera Pheri 3. They said, “Admittedly, they did not deliver the story, screenplay and also a draft of a long-form agreement which was fundamental to the engagement of our client. In the absence of these and also since Mr. Nadiadwala, the producer of the original films, issued notice to our client and raised issues on the making of the film, our client chose to exit and returned the money with interest by terminating the Term sheet”.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal will be seen sharing the screen space in Priyadarshan's Bhooth Bangla. The film will be released on April 2, 2026. Apart from this, Akshay, Paresh, and Suniel Shetty will also be seen in Welcome To The Jungle.
