2. Before being named Miss Universe Thailand, Opal, who is from Phuket, was enrolled in the Faculty of Political Science at Thammasat University, where she was studying politics and international relations at the undergraduate level, according to a June 1 report on Nationthailand.com.

3. Having majored in the Chinese language at Triam Udom Suksa School in Bangkok, she is fluent in Chinese, the study continued.

4. According to Missworld.com, Opal aspires to someday represent her nation as an ambassador and is also interested in psychology and anthropology.

5. She has volunteered for groups that help breast cancer patients and has "herself faced surgery at 16".

6. Playing the ukulele backwards is one of Opal's unique skills.

7. She has five dogs and sixteen cats as pets!

8. With more than 2.3 million views, Opal also came out on top of the competition's multimedia category and the leaderboard of the contestant app. One of the four continental winners, she was also the Asia and Oceania Continental champion.

According to news agency PTI, the 72nd Miss World stated, "That is the best thing we can do for the people around us and in our world."

She was answering a query from one of the judges, Sonu Sood. The actor was curious as to whether her Miss World experience had taught her anything about reality and about the role of individual responsibility in determining how the narrative is presented.

Ethiopia's Hasset Dereje Admassu was named the runner-up at Miss World 2025. Poland's Maja Klajda and Martinique's Aurelie Joachim came in second and third, respectively. Nandini Gupta, India's candidate for Miss World, was eliminated before she could make it into the top eight.
