In response to an ageist remark on her most recent social media video, actress Nargis Fakhri recently reacted in a strong and elegant manner, reminding both her fans and trolls that aging is not only inevitable but also something to be celebrated.

Ageism receives a well-deserved response from Nargis Fakhri

Recently, the Rockstar celebrity posted a fun and fashionable Instagram reel on the most recent viral song, Dame Un Grrr, by Fantomel and Kate Linn. Nargis is shown changing from a laid-back tank top and jeans combo with no makeup to a gorgeous, figure-hugging grey dress.

Although she was showered with affection by many fans, one user chose to highlight indications of aging. "Damn she looks old.. we really are growing up," said the remark. Instead of ignoring the comment, Nargis responded directly, with assurance and humor. "Yes u are LOL (laughing emoji) embrace it (sic)," was Nargis' response to the remark.

"She does not look her age, totally looks in her 30s. She's aging like fine wine (sic)," said another admirer. "What?!!!" remarked another admirer, "Although she looks extremely amazing for her age." In any case, everybody grows older.
