Last year, makeup artist Mehzabeen Coatwala became the spouse of Munawar Faruqui, the champion of Bigg Boss 17. In the most recent episode of Farah Khan's vlog, the actor and stand-up comedian, who has kept his personal life private, spoke candidly about his wedding. Munawar said that Mikael, his seven-year-old boy, was the reason he chose to marry Mehzabeen.

What Munawar stated

The conversation about Bigg Boss took place at Farah's house after Munawar arrived. Given that Munawar got married out of nowhere without informing anybody, Farah continued by saying that she has never encountered anyone in her life as secretive as him. "The thing is, the date was set only a month before I got married," Munawar replied. I was unaware of her when I visited Bigg Boss. My life is the subject of so much conjecture, and I'm unable to add to it.

When Mehzabeen was proposed

"I had a lot of work to do when I came out of Bigg Boss," he continued. Mikael was living with my sister then. We spent a lot of time together during the week he stayed with me. I had the impression that I didn't want him to leave when he was leaving. I had the impression that he needed me. I felt that he needs me since he wouldn't let go of me during that time. I then questioned what I could do to ensure that he stays with me. I made that choice for him. Mehzabeen's predicament was also very similar to mine. Her daughter is ten years old. The following day, I inquired, "Are you okay marrying me?" I stuck with that choice throughout the evening. I was simply hoping that Mikael would remain with me.

Munawar was formerly married to Jasmine, and they share a son, Mikael. He is the only parent of his son following his divorce from Jasmine.

With First Copy, Munawar made his acting debut. On June 16, Amazon MX Player began airing the show.
