The filmmaker said that the atmosphere of a scene they were shooting reminded them of one from the first movie. In Metro, Irrfan plays Monty, an upbeat and easygoing man who gradually gets to know Shruti (Konkona). One of the few positive conclusion points in the movie was their romance. On the other hand, the memorable songs Alvida and O Meri Jaan from the movie, which are still loved and felt by fans, were written by the singer KK.

At the event, Konkona, who makes a triumphant comeback in Metro... In Dino, confessed that she was taken aback by the new song. She said that the experience had a profound impact on her. The song evoked a wide range of emotions in her.

Pankaj Tripathi, the co-star, is commended.

She proceeded to commend Pankaj Tripathi (Main Atal Hoon), her co-star in the movie, for his performance. She claimed that it was a pleasure to work with him.

The event was attended by several members of the cast, including Aditya Roy Kapur (Rashtra Kavach Om), Sara Ali Khan (Simmba), Ali Fazal, Neena Gupta, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Anupam Kher.

Metro is thought to be... Dino would continue in the same vein as its predecessor, but it would also explore contemporary urban relationships with new stories and dynamics. Pritam, who wrote the music for the original, and Anurag Basu are reunited in this picture.
