In its second season, the Malayalam web series Kerala Crime Files continued to present compelling police investigations. Audiences and industry peers have given a lot of love to the series, which is directed by Ahammed Khabeer. The young filmmaker has now disclosed that the crew has gotten a congratulatory letter from Mammootty, the Malayalam megastar, himself. The greatest joy they experienced, according to Ahammed Khabeer, was receiving Mammootty's message, which was equivalent to winning an Oscar.

Kerala Crime Files, season 2, featuring Mammootty

The second season of Kerala Crime Files debuted on JioHotstar in June to great acclaim. The best expression of gratitude, according to the KCF director, came when the renowned Malayalam actor Mammootty contacted the group in the midst of a deluge of congratulatory messages. Sirajudheen Nazar, Indrans, Harisree Asokan, and Arjun Radhakrishnan are just a few of the actors featured in the investigative series. Ahammed Khabeer told the YouTube channel Fanbella, "Our biggest happiness was when Mammookka sent a message after seeing the series." He texted me, Arjun, Harisree Ashokan, and others, "Good work." It gave us the sensation that we had won an Oscar.

The Malayalam megastar, however, is well aware of the industry's events, despite not having been seen in public for the past few months.

The storyline and cast of season 2 of Kerala Crime Files

Arjun Radhakrishnan portrays SI Noble in the Kerala Crime Files S2, who starts at the Kaniyarvila police station in the state capital. He and his crew immediately went out to look for CPO Ambili Raju, who vanished under mysterious circumstances.

The police are able to unravel the covert transactions of Ambili Raju as well as additional heinous offenses as they piece together the evidence. Harisree Ashokan plays Ayyappan, an important supporting character, while Indrans shines as Ambili Raju. The second season also features Lal and Aju Varghese, who hosted the first season of KCF.

Best known for writing the plot of Kishkindha Kaandam, Bahul Ramesh also contributed to the script for the second season of Kerala Crime Files.
