Malcolm-Jamal Warner, the actor who played Bill Cosby's son Theo Huxtable in "The Cosby Show," drowned while on a family holiday in Costa Rica. Although he had chosen not to reveal their identities, Warner was married and lived with his wife and daughter.

Even though Malcolm-Jamal Warner is said to have tied the knot between 2016 and 2017, he had a high-profile relationship with some of the most well-known figures in Hollywood. Among the Hollywood celebrities he was involved with were fellow The Cosby Show performer Michelle Thomas; Karen Malina White, who was also a member of the Cosby Show cast; and Regina King, with whom Warner dated until 2013.

Thomas, Michelle

Malcolm-Jamal Warner and Michelle Thomas sometime between 1988 and 1994. Thomas portrayed Theo's girlfriend in "The Cosby Show," where she and Warner first met. They stayed together until Thomas succumbed to cancer in 1998. According to reports, Warner was at her side when she passed away.

Karen Malia White

Karen Malia White and Malcolm-Jamal Warner were together for about seven years, between 2000 and 2007. She and Warner initially connected during the 1990s while she was performing the role of Charmaine Brown on The Cosby Show from 1990 to 1992. Even if some accounts had suggested that White and Warner had tied the knot, White later said that they were just dating for the long term.

King Regina

Before getting married and starting a private family life, Warner had his last public relationship with Regina King. In the 1980s, King and Malcolm-Jamal Warner met at the Cosby Show, and their friendship blossomed into love about 2010–2011. According to an interview, Warner initiated their breakup in 2013 because he "wasn't feeling it anymore." It made her feel "heartbroken."
