Madhoo, who starred in Roja and Phool Aur Kaante, recently gave a rare peek at her connection with her sister-in-law, actress Juhi Chawla. Madhoo gushed about Juhi's character in an open interview, calling her "an amazing person" and complimenting her for her kindness and discretion.

The Roja actor stated in an interview with News 18 Showsha, "She is a fantastic human being. An extremely reserved individual. In all honesty, (I am telling in all truthfulness), I have never heard a bad remark from her up to this day. Perhaps even a remark about a film. She is unique in that way. For instance, if we see a movie, the audience has the right to tell us whether they liked it or not, or what wasn't good. She doesn't even say anything like that.

"She says people have really spent their time and effort on making movies," Madhoo said, praising Juhi's passion for filmmaking and respect for all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a film. Manufacturers would realize that it would not be successful if it weren't good. Madhoo stated, "She has never said anything bad about a movie or an actor—nothing."

The upcoming work of Madhoo

Madhoo is now occupied with promoting her forthcoming Kannappa, in which she portrays a tribal warrior queen. The movie features a star-studded ensemble cast that includes Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, Prabhas, and Vishnu Manchu. Mukesh Kumar Singh's film will be released on June 27.

Varsha Vasudev directed the Malayalam film Chinna Chinna Aasai, in which she also appeared. Abhijith Babuji produced the film under Babuji Productions, and Varanasi served as its setting. The film will be released in theaters on July 11. Madhoo also has an Amazon Prime Telugu series called Soul of Music, starring Prakash Raaj.
