A fan in the Punjabi town of Khera in Ludhiana captured a video of Ranveer wearing a black ensemble, long hair, beard, and surma-lined eyes, which was later uploaded to an Instagram account. In one video, he's seen stretching on a patio in preparation for a scene, with a Pakistani flag visible in the foreground. In another video, he is seen strolling the streets with the movie crew and waving to supporters from a terrace. It seems that a sizable crowd gathered to watch Ranveer as he was shooting important scenes for Dhurandhar.
The Pakistani flag caused confusion on the internet
People were baffled as the video continued to go viral about why Ranveer was seen in the scene with a Pakistani flag. "Why is there a Pakistani Flag here?" one individual asked. "Oooooh Bhai anti Pakistan movie," another said.
When people questioned why the film's crew was allowed to raise the flag, even if it was just for a scene, one individual retorted, "Bhai Pak ke against koi movie ho skti hai why people are over reacting (It could be a movie against Pakistan, why are people over reacting)." There was discussion as to whether Ranveer will experience the same sort of "boycott" that Diljit Dosanjh did.
