The pre-release party for Kubera, which will be released in theaters on June 20, 2025, was recently held in Chennai. The event was a huge success thanks to the presence of Nagarjuna and Dhanush. Nagarjuna radiated class and style, while Dhanush captivated with his sharp looks and modest demeanor.

About Sekhar Kammula and Dhanush, Nagarjuna said the following:

At the ceremony, the actor who starred in Govinda Govinda and Allari Alludu spoke from the heart and confessed that he had always wanted to collaborate with Sekhar Kammula, the director of Happy Days, ever since his debut, but he never had the chance. “I was shocked when Sekhar came to me with Kubera, since it's a role I've never played before,” Nagarjuna said. He also said that he really enjoyed working with the likes of Dhanush and that he would always treasure the memories he created while filming the movie.

Kubera is an amazing ride, and Sekhar's storytelling will leave a lasting impression on you, Nagarjuna said in praise of the film. "Kubera is one hell of a ride, and Sekhar will impress you big time with his narrative," he said.

It's been a while since the Shiva star had a success in Telugu film. He has only played lead roles in a handful of movies, and during this time, he has opted to play unique parts in two major films that will maintain him in the public eye: Rajinikanth's Coolie and now Kubera.

Additionally, Nagarjuna is getting ready for his 100th movie, which will be helmed by a Tamil director. We anticipate a formal statement will be made shortly.
