“KBC has always been more than a quiz show, it’s a window into India’s changing mindset,” Vikas Bahl stated in a statement regarding the campaign. India is now in a position to shine since knowledge has given them courage, confidence, and a well-deserved sense of pride. And if you have that kind of akal, you'll naturally develop a bit of akad or the attitude that comes with it. The notion that main bhi kar sakta hoon (I can do it too) is not arrogance.
"Kaun Banega Crorepati has always been a celebration of knowledge and the silent pride that comes with it," Amitabh said in agreement. This year's campaign, jahan akal hai, wahan akad hai, perfectly expresses this attitude and urges individuals to have pride in their intelligence and carry themselves with the assurance that comes from genuine knowledge.
The 17th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati will begin on Sony Entertainment Television and SonyLiv on August 11. At 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, it will be live.
