Today marks Priyanka Chopra's 43rd birthday (July 18). The actress got the warmest birthday greeting from her Aitraaz co-star Kareena Kapoor on her special day. In a throwback photo from an awards ceremony posted to her Instagram stories, Kareena declared that Priyanka was always intended for "global domination."

Priyanka and Kareena were captured in the photograph standing next to one another on the platform, engrossed in conversation and oblivious to the camera. Kareena stated in the caption, "You were always destined for world domination (red heart emoticon) Keep soaring PCJ no one like you. Happy birthday."

In Bollywood, Kareena and Priyanka began their careers at about the same time, and they have maintained a strong friendship throughout the years. Don and Aitraaz were the two movies in which they even appeared. The two actors also appeared on an episode of Karan Johar's talk show Koffee with Karan a few years ago. In the past, Priyanka's achievements in Hollywood had been praised by Kareena.

"I feel like, you know, what Priyanka has done is something that I don't know if everyone has that kind of courage and dedication. I don't. I am passionate about acting. I am passionate about Hindi films," Kareena stated.

"Do you think Deepika [Padukone] will be able to cut it like Priyanka has?" Karan questioned, to which Kareena responded, "I have no idea, I'm sure she will. However, Priyanka is incredibly skilled. When you see her being interviewed, she makes you feel like she's making India proud as a proud Indian because of how well she carries herself.

The last time fans saw Priyanka was in Heads of State, an Amazon Prime Video movie that co-starred Idris Elba and John Cena. Along with Mahesh Babu, she will play a major role in SS Rajamouli's upcoming movie. In The Bluff, Priyanka will also be portrayed as a Caribbean pirate from the nineteenth century.
