The trailer for Prime Video's upcoming unscripted original series, The Traitors, which is the Indian version of the wildly successful reality format, was released today. The debut episode will be shown on June 12, and future episodes will only be accessible via the platform every Thursday at 8 p.m. Karan Johar hosts the program, which incorporates psychological games with aspects of strategy and deception.

Set against the stunning Suryagarh Palace in Rajasthan, the first season of The Traitors features 20 well-known individuals from various backgrounds. While the other candidates act as though they are "innocents" at the moment, Karan Johar has already labelled some of them as "traitors" behind their backs. The innocent must work together to achieve goals that benefit a common prize fund while also working to identify and eliminate the traitors among them. The traitors must, meanwhile, trick folks into murdering innocent people without anyone seeing.
