The star-studded premiere of Kajol's movie Maa, which she threw in advance of its release, brought in a number of celebrities. With her family in attendance, including her mother Tanuja, husband Ajay Devgn, and son Yug, all of whom came to show their support for the actor, the occasion was made even more memorable.

Kajol is cheered on by her family

On Wednesday, Mumbai hosted the premiere of the movie in Juhu.

Kajol smiled as she entered the event in an ivory saree with her son Yug, looking beautiful. With a t-shirt and black denim jacket over grey loose pants, her son Yug looked hip.

The movies show Kajol helping Yug maneuver the spotlight as he poses with his mother. The mother and son struck the ideal frame, beaming for the cameras. 

In the interim, Ajay was sporting a full black outfit as he posed for photographers at the ceremony while promoting his movie. At the premiere, Ajay was seen with director Siddharth P. Malhotra. Kajol's mother, Tanuja, who is also an actor, attended the event with her daughter Tanishaa Mukerji and cousin Ayan Mukerji, who all came to show their support. 

Among the other celebrities who showed up to support Kajol were well-known figures like Dhanush, filmmaker Rohit Shetty, Suniel Shetty with his wife Mana Shetty, Rakul Preet Singh, Mrunal Thakur, Indraneil Sengupta, Ronit Roy, Sonu Nigam, Bhushan Kumar, Jackky Bhagnani, Aanand L Rai, and Vindu Dara Singh.

What will happen to Kajol in the future?

In her upcoming film, Maa, Kajol will be seen. The horror picture, which is made under the Devgn Films banner, is directed by Vishal Furia. Kajol is the star of the film, which also features Ronit Roy, Indranil Sengupta, and Kherin Sharma in significant supporting roles. The movie chronicles a mother's resolve to shield her daughter from the evil spells cast by a haunted community. On June 27, it is set to be released in theaters.
