Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sánchez have kicked off their luxurious wedding celebration in Venice, and it's a celebrity extravaganza. Several stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Orlando Bloom, and Oprah Winfrey, have arrived in Venice to join in the festivities. 

Guests arrive for Jeff Bezos wedding

On Thursday, several guests were spotted arriving for the wedding party in Venice. Pregnant Karlie Kloss and husband Josh Kushner were seen arriving for the party.

Ivanka Trump, alongside husband Jared Kushner and their children, was also photographed arriving on Wednesday, while Kim Kardashian was pictured arriving on Thursday with her sister Khloe and mother Kris Jenner. As per CNN, they were seen later in the day chatting with actor Orlando Bloom, who has joined the celebrations with Katy Perry amid rumours of a break-up.

Oprah Winfrey and former NFL quarterback Tom Brady were also among VIPs boarding water taxis at the airport, while Bill Gates and Kendall and Kylie Jenner have also been spotted during their arrivals.

Numerous famous visitors, dressed for the first evening's festivities, were spotted leaving the Gritti Palace Hotel on Thursday afternoon. Trump was seen in a cocktail dress with a cherry blossom theme by Oscar de la Renta, while Kim chose a skintight snakeskin. A black cap was seen being used by Leonardo DiCaprio to cover his face.

For their wedding party, Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos are in Venice. The three-day celebration will begin on Thursday. Among the VIPs scheduled to attend the occasion are Tom Brady, Orlando Bloom, Diane von Furstenberg, Ivanka Trump, and Kim Kardashian.

In anticipation of the wedding, Venice has been transformed into a "fortress-like operation," according to People. Among the precautions taken is the deployment of 20 security officers at one of the major event sites, the Chiesa della Madonna dell'Orto. Due to security concerns, a wedding party scheduled for June 28 at the Scuola Grande della Misericordia, a historic old religious school, has been relocated. The guests are staying at some of the top hotels in Venice, and they will get gift bags filled with Venetian glass and regional candies.
