Today, the new Superman, directed by James Gunn, is available in theaters all over the world. The studio behind the movie, Warner Bros India, posted a unique video message for Indian viewers from director James Gunn and stars David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan just hours before its release.

On Thursday night, Warner Bros. India posted a video to Instagram. The caption said, "In this special video, director James Gunn, along with David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan, shares a heartfelt message for audiences in India."

David Corenswet and James Gunn speak to Indian audiences

James Gunn gave a message to Indian Superman fans at the beginning of the video. I genuinely value the Indian supporters. "This is truly a movie for the world, for everyone, and for all the people of India, so I can't wait for them to see Superman," he added. “Anyone who is excited about Superman is really gonna love this movie,” David Corenswet, the film's protagonist, went on to say.

Govinda as Superman, according to James Gunn

James Gunn published a meme a few weeks ago that included a picture of Govinda in Superman attire from the 1988 film Dariya Dil. James Gunn laughed and said, "I love that," as the host brought it up. It is the greatest! The Govinda picture is from the song Tu Mera Superman, which is set on the actor and Kimi Katkar, the protagonist of Dariya Dil. Due to Govinda's ineptly bizarre Superman attire, it has become more popular over the past few years even though it wasn't a huge hit when it was first released. In the song, Kimi wore a Spider-Man outfit.

At the conclusion of the video, David Corenswet urged viewers in India to "look up" on July 11 and see Superman in theaters.

Concerning Superman

In the title role of James Gunn's Superman, David Corenswet is joined by Rachel Brosnahan, Nicholas Hoult, Edi Gathegi, Anthony Carrigan, Nathan Fillion, and Isabela Merced. The movie, the first in Gunn's new DC Universe, has earned acclaim from reviewers all over the globe.
