With Sitaare Zameen Par, Aamir Khan is returning to Bollywood, and while his fans would be thrilled to hear the news, he may want to suppress it. In a recent interview, the actor suggested the same thing. He said everything as follows:

The Mahabharata would be his final work, Aamir Khan implies.

Raj Shamani was informed by Aamir Khan that he wants his final picture to be Mahabharata. After the release of Sitaare Zameen Par and Lahore 1947, the actor would only be working on Mahabharata by coincidence. "Perhaps after doing this, I will feel that I have nothing left to do. The material of this film is going to be like that, and I cannot do anything after this," Aamir said, clearly stating that he might feel he doesn't need to do anything else after Mahabharata.

The notion that Aamir Khan's comeback Bollywood picture, Sitaare Zameen Par, might be offered for pay-per-view on YouTube has been dismissed by the actor. The actor claimed that theatre would always be his first love, and as a result, he concluded that his film should only be released in theaters. Consequently, it is now possible to anticipate that Sitaare Zameen Par will be released in theaters on June 20.

Regarding the Mahabharata and Sitaare Zameen Par

The tale of a basketball coach who must instruct youngsters with special needs is told in Sitaare Zameen Par. The fact that they are already experts and collaborate as a unit occasionally leaves him speechless. The film is the Hindi version of Champions, which is also the Hollywood version of the Spanish film, Campeones.

At the same time, Aamir Khan confirmed Mahabharata but didn't say if he would just produce the film or star in it as well, since the casting for actors was still in progress. The actor-filmmaker did say, though, that Mahabharata would be told in the manner of The Lord of the Rings, with several stories unfolding over the course of years.
