Ileana's picture of her son Keanu Rafe Dolan sleeping while wearing a white attire was posted. In addition to that, she wrote, "Introducing Keanu Rafe Dolan. Born on June 19, 2025." She also included Michael's name in her piece. Ileana wrote, "Our hearts are so full (red heart, sparkles, and nazar amulet emojis)," while sharing the picture.

In response to the message, actress Priyanka Chopra wrote, "congratulations beautiful (red heart emojis)" with clapping hands emojis. "Congrats Mommy!"
