According to a Mid Day story, sources close to the movie have disclosed that Ibrahim and Rasha, who both made their film debuts earlier this year, will be working together in a love drama that is now unnamed. Sources close to the production have verified that filming has already begun, even though the director's identity has not yet been made public.

They revealed to the tabloid that Rasha and Ibrahim have been holding reading groups and workshops. The makers were quite specific that they were looking for two actors who could capture the thrilling, clumsy spirit of first love, not just a beautiful couple. Although Nadaaniyan was critically panned, this film will be Ibrahim's return to the romantic comedy genre. However, rumours suggest that this next film will include a dramatic change in tone. Ibrahim will be featured in dramatic parts in Sarzameen and Diler, where he plays a marathoner, although he made his debut with a romantic comedy. A source close to the actor's schedule has said that, following those two films, he will be focusing on a more relatable and gentler side in this coming-of-age feature.
