Since Paresh Rawal left the movie, all the headlines have been about Hera Pheri 3. He portrayed the legendary character, Baburao, alongside Suniel Shetty's Shyam and Akshay Kumar's Raju. In addition to confirming his departure, the seasoned actor also paid the production company the signing sum of Rs. 11 lakhs, including interest. Although a report now stated that Akshay had agreed to pay Paresh three times his usual rate, the seasoned actor nevertheless left Priyadarshan's movie.

Akshay Kumar agreed to pay Paresh Rawal three times his regular fee

According to News18, Akshay Kumar only agreed to continue with Hera Pheri 3 after getting Paresh Rawal's permission. However, everything shifted when the seasoned performer left in the middle. "He had responded affirmatively. He had also just finished working with Akshay on Bhoot Bungalow. Things were going well until about 15–20 days ago. Akshay even offered to give him three times his usual salary. And that was agreed upon. Nonetheless, Rawal abruptly withdrew, according to a source speaking to the news website.

What did Paresh Rawal's attorneys argue?

Paresh Rawal's attorneys, the legal firm Anand & Naik, told IANS that the producers failed to provide the story, script, and a draft of a long-form contract, all of which were necessary for their client's participation.

They stated that because of these factors and also because Mr. Nadiadwala, the producer of the original films, gave our client notice and brought up concerns about the film's production, our client decided to withdraw and end the Term sheet by repaying the money plus interest.

During the Housefull 5 trailer launch, Akshay was asked about Paresh's exit from Hera Pheri 3. Akki said, "I don't think I'm going to speak about it here because this is a matter which will be handled in the court."
