Prior to her marriage to Riteish Deshmukh and subsequent sabbatical, Genelia D'Souza, formerly Deshmukh, enjoyed a successful career in Telugu movies. Junior, which she stars in alongside Kireeti and Sreeleela, marks her comeback to Telugu movies following the 2012 release of Naa Ishtam. She expressed her pride in her "boys" Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and Allu Arjun during a press conference in Hyderabad about her comeback.
Genelia D'Souza is delighted with the celebrity status of Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, and Allu Arjun
After seeing RRR, Genelia told the media that she questioned whether the "boys" she had previously starred alongside were the same ones. "I was like wow when I saw RRR and all," she remarked. I collaborated with these same guys on Orange and other movies. We've been pals since we all started out in the same field, right? Naturally, I haven't been in touch.
She expressed her joy at having been a part of the path of all three performers by listing the characteristics she loves in them. "But I've always considered NTR to be exceptionally talented. He used to go to take after merely looking at his three pages of conversation. I'm curious as to how. And Ram Charan possessed this incredible innate talent. Allu Arjun was full of enthusiasm. Genelia said, "I'm thus glad to have been a part of their lives when they were younger and when we were all growing up, so today, when I see them as superstars with their children and families."
For the uninitiated, Genelia starred alongside Jr NTR in Samba (2004) and Naa Alludu (2005), with Ram in Orange (2010), and with Arjun in Happy (2006).
claims the south is responsible for her career
Genela also emphasized the significant role the South Indian film industry played in her career, stating, "I owe my career to the South. I began my career with a Hindi film, Tujhe Meri Kasam(2003), which was a remake of Nuvve Kavali (2000)." I met my life partner, Riteish, there. After that, I produced Boys and Satyam in 2003. I was urged not to work on Satyam, but rather on movies like Boys. The truth is that you go with purpose. I selected my work that way, and it selected me that way. People mistook me for a novice after 6 years of speaking Hindi when I started working in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa. I said no, I have previously produced excellent work.
In the Aamir Khan film Sitaare Zameen Par, Genelia was last seen. Junior will be available in theaters starting on July 18. She will also appear in the Hindi-Marathi movie Raja Shivaji.
