Aneet Padda's breakthrough with Saiyaara
For his unreleased romantic drama at the time, director Mohit Suri selected Aneet to play opposite Ahaan Panday in 2025. According to the director, he was searching for new talent for his movie. Aneet was one of hundreds of girls who auditioned for Saiyaara, according to sources, but her audition was so impressive that she was expedited into the part by Mohit and the top executives at YRF.

Advance bookings for the movie, which has received a lot of attention at the box office, are nearing ₹10 crore.
