Trailer for Maalik
The trailer depicts Rajkummar Rao's character overcoming a society in which the wealthy treat the less fortunate without compassion and eventually forming his own family. “Maalik paida nahi hue to kya, bann toh sakte hain (What if I wasn’t born a ruler, I could become one),” he says. Prosenjit Chatterjee's role as a police inspector, though, stands in the way of his ascent to dominance. Additionally, following a series of comparable roles, Rajkummar Rao will be seen in a distinct persona, and it appears that he is serious about his profession. Thrilled! "It's great to see that Rajkumar has broken out of his middle-class idol guy persona and is now playing around with new sorts of roles. He is a multifaceted performer who will surely succeed where others have failed. Another supporter wrote, "Best wishes to him."
Although the editing might use some work, the #MaalikTrailer gives a glimpse of a captivating gangster story. Expectations are high under the leadership of the director of Bhakshak. Rajkummar Rao is in a welcome new guise, moving away from his recent string of similar roles, and he seems ready to deliver. Looking forward to this one!
