Chunky Pandey reshared a somewhat cheeky post on Saturday, seeming to be shading the Khans and Kapoors, who are also his buddies, while basking in the success of his nephew Ahaan Pandey's debut film, Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri.

Friday marked the release of Ahaan's debut film, which earned a whopping 21 crores—a sum that would make any debutant, whether a star kid or not, jealous. The young actor's performance in the film has also received accolades. Naturally, Chunky was eager to show off how much affection his nephew is receiving.

Pandeys, according to Joginder Tuteja, a Bollywood trade expert, "came out of syllabus in the world of Kapoors and Khans." Chunky reposted the same on his Instagram Stories and used glad and heart emojis in the comments area, saying, "And I am not joooooking!!!!!".

Reddit also saw this and criticized Panday senior for being rude. The majority supported the concept. "I mean, Chunky pandey's daughter will have a better career than SRK's daughter, and Chunky pandey's nephew will have a better first film than Amitabh's grandson, which no one could have predicted!"

One other one said, "These nepo's should take out each other." I'm here for that drama.

The romantic drama, directed by Mohit Suri and produced by YRF, has received favorable reviews from reviewers and viewers alike. Aneet Padda, who previously appeared in the Kajol-starrer film Salaam Venky and the online series Big Girls Don't Cry, is also featured.

On Friday, the movie made its theatrical debut.
