The Modern Family actress posted a photo on Instagram that highlighted her physique. To commemorate her birthday, she uploaded photos of herself wearing the little white bikini for her fans.

Sofia is seen sitting on the floor of her hotel villa in the picture, rather than reclining on the couch. She is surrounded by bouquets of flowers that enhance the beauty of the area. Behind her, on the table, is a beautifully adorned birthday cake along with a variety of additional baked delicacies.

Furthermore, there are a number of enormous vases in the background that are filled with flowers, roses, and hydrangeas. The second half of the article featured a brief video giving a closer look at the cuisine and her cake.

The actress also enjoyed delicious sweets on her birthday, such a cherry-topped birthday cake with icing that read "Feliz Cumpleanos," which in Sofia's native Spanish means "Happy Birthday," and a chocolate brownie.
