Brad Pitt, a well-known actor from Hollywood, seems to be prepared to enter a new phase of his career. After a protracted legal struggle, he recently finalized his divorce from Angelina Jolie and is now preparing for the debut of his next movie, F1. In a recent interview with GQ, the performer spoke for the first time about the breakdown of his marriage and the "annoyance" of having his private life publicized.
What Brad said
Brad said during the interview, "My personal life is always in the news. Bro, it has been in the news for 30 years. Or, to put it another way, some aspect of my personal life. As I pursue my genuine interests, I have always had to put up with varying degrees of annoyance, both big and little. If you allow it to be, it's always been this sort of irritating time-suck or waste of time, I don't know. I'm not sure. Generally speaking, I feel rather... My life is well-contained. With my friends, my loves, my family, and my understanding of who I am, I feel rather safe and warm, as if this fly is just buzzing about a little bit.”
At the time of his divorce
The actor responded, "No, I don't think it was that major of a thing," when asked if the resolution of his divorce was a relief to him. Nothing more than something coming to pass. Legally.
On the set of their 2005 movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie first met and fell in love. They were wed at their French property, Château Miraval, in 2014. Their relationship, though,, ultimately resulted in a divorce.
Joseph Kosinski, who also directed Top Gun: Maverick, is the director of Brad's future movie, F1: The Movie. On June 27, the movie will only be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu in IMAX and theatres.
