Asif Ali discussed his upcoming film, Abhyanthara Kuttavali, which is set to hit theaters on June 6, during a media interview. The Thalavan star also mentioned his favorite character from Twenty Twenty, the most popular Malayalam film with numerous stars.

'Twenty Twenty saw the finest character introduction for Mohanlal'

The youngster stated that Mohanlal's role in Twenty Twenty had the greatest possible character introduction. Asif also stated that he likes multistar movies and has no plans to only play the protagonist. "I just want to be a part of a big initiative with a lot of participants. Working together on a set with several performers is a lot of fun.

The cast of Twenty Twenty includes almost all of the most prominent figures in Malayalam cinema. Adv. Ramesh Nambiar was played by Mammootty in the film, while Deva Raja Prathapa Varma, his opponent, was played by Mohanlal. In this movie, the legendary duo's heated exchanges are a lot of fun to see. Rekhachithram, an investigative thriller that became the first Malayalam film to have box office success in 2025, marked a great start to the year for Asif Ali. The teaser suggests that the film mixes legal concerns with shifting familial bonds. The upcoming Malayalam film is expected to be a realistic comedy-drama that deals with a current social problem.

The film features Prem Kumar, Balachandran Chullikkad, Azees Nedumangad, Sidharth Bharathan, Harisree Ashokan, Jagadish, and Jai Mahendran-fame Anand Manmadhan in supporting roles. Thulasi, a newcomer, plays the female protagonist in the movie.
