Since entering the film business, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, the daughters of the late actress Sridevi and Bollywood director Boney Kapoor, have frequently faced criticism for their performances and looks. Their half-sister Anshula Kapoor told Pinkvilla in a recent interview that she was upset by the abuse they had received and called them "the bravest girls" she knew.

Regarding the trolling that Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor endure, Anshula Kapoor said this:

It's difficult to let that feeling pass through you, whether it's your sister or a loved one. The nicest and most courageous females I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are all heart, without a doubt.

There is a way to offer criticism in the workplace, as well as to provide support in the form of what we call constructive criticism, she continued. However, if criticism is focused on anything else, it becomes trolling rather than actual criticism. When someone gets personal, it's very unfair for others to pass judgment on them. When there is no need for it, it is quite unfair for a teenager or someone in their twenties to experience something like that.

Since their debut in the film industry, Janhvi and Khushi have been the subject of a lot of online criticism. Both sisters have been routinely trolled for everything from their fashion choices to their acting abilities to rumors that they have undergone plastic surgery. Following her debut in The Archies, Khushi also experienced criticism, while Janhvi has talked about the difficulties of living up to her mother's legacy.

The reality TV series The Traitors is where Anshula was last seen. Param Sundari, which Janhvi stars in with Siddharth Malhotra, is slated to be released soon. On August 1, the movie is slated to be released in theaters. Additionally, she has Karan Johar's Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which also features Varun Dhawan in the starring role. In contrast, Khushi's most recent appearance was in the film Nadaaniya, which received much criticism. She hasn't said anything about her next venture.
