Amol Parashar remembers the beginning of the rumors that he was dating Konkona Sen Sharma, which started soon after Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare. He would reply to the news and ask where it all originated, but he admitted to the Hindustan Times that he had only recently learned to go on. The actor stated, "If anything occurs that I need to share, I will share it myself on social media." When questioned about marriage plans, he responds, "Kuch bhi ho sakta hai."
