In an interview with Pinkvilla, Akshay Kumar was questioned about the latest news regarding Hera Pheri 3 and the drama surrounding the movie in the wake of Paresh Rawal's departure. In response, Akshay said, "Whatever is happening is happening in front of you," and "Keeping my fingers crossed. I hope everything goes well."

Akshay reassured everyone by stating that everything will come together and that "everything will go well only. I know, for sure."

Paresh Rawal announced his departure from Hera Pheri 3 on May 18, stating on his X account, "I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences." I REPEAT THAT THE FILM MAKER AND I HAVE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENTS. "I have great love, respect, and confidence in Mr. Priyadarshan, the film director."

The legal representatives, Anand & Naik, Paresh Rawal's attorneys, responded to the actor's departure from Hera Pheri 3 in a recent interview with IANS. According to them, the story, screenplay, and draft of a long-form agreement—essential for the actor's involvement—were not provided by the team.

"The lawyers added, "Our client decided to leave and returned the money with interest by terminating the Term sheet in the absence of these and also since Mr. Nadiadwala, the producer of the original films, issued notice to our client and raised issues on the making of the film." 

Hera Pheri 3, on the other hand, is the third film in the beloved series. Currently, the film stars Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty, who played the original roles of Raju and Shyam. Now, only time will tell who will portray the new Baburao, Paresh Rawal.
